Michael Veith

As the former head of the legal department of a medium-sized savings bank, Michael Veith has extensive knowledge and experience in banking and capital market law as well as insolvency law. Therefore, he mainly advises and supports banks and savings banks in looking after unusual customer relationships in all legal matters. This includes in particular matters relating to credit and credit security law, giro and payment transactions, and capital investment law. Michael Veith also focuses on advising credit institutions in dealing with companies in crisis in the event of reorganization or insolvency.
