In addition to comprehensive advice on all questions of labor law, we attach great importance to economically and strategically oriented support, which includes timely arrangement of meetings in our office, continuous availability and complete information on the progress of your proceedings. We represent you before all German labor courts and accompany you in decision-making procedures as well as before arbitration boards. In the case of corporate law transactions, we take on, among other things, expert opinions on problems relating to the transfer of operations for you, within the framework of labor law tasks.
