The focus of our activity:

• You quickly take on sub-projects independently and are available to our clients as a competent contact person.
• You appear in court and before authorities to enforce the economic interests of our clients.

What to bring:

• You have passed two legal exams above average, are interested in business issues and have a good entrepreneurial instinct.
• In addition, you are characterized by team spirit, negotiation skills and initiative and enjoy creatively solving complex legal issues.
• You are able to communicate precisely and clearly, even on difficult issues – both in German and English.

Legal assistant/secretary (m/f/d)

At our locations in Wuppertal and Düsseldorf, we offer specialized legal advice in all areas relevant to commercial law.

To strengthen our Düsseldorf team, we are looking for another Legal assistant/secretary (m/f/d). We are looking in Full Time or part-time by arrangement.

Working in our law firm offers varied tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility in an open and collegial working environment. Ideally, you have completed training as a legal assistant (m/f/d) and/or have already worked in a comparable position. Applications from those just starting out or returning to work are of course also welcome.

Your tasks will in particular include:

• Independent organization of the secretariat
• Support in the management of mandates, in particular file management and communication with clients and courts
• Coordination of court and business appointments
• Processing and monitoring deadline issues
• Preparation of cost accounts
