Jens Niehl is a specialist lawyer for labor law and has been advising his clients on all issues of collective and individual labor law since 2003. The focus of his work in collective labor law lies in the negotiation and drafting of group, general and company agreements in all matters subject to co-determination, in particular reconciliations of interests and social plans in the context of restructuring and in the representation in the arbitration board, e.g. on working time models, for the introduction new technical facilities, for occupational health and safety and data protection. He advises his clients on individual labor law, in particular in connection with the termination of the employment relationship through a termination, settlement agreement or termination. He represents his clients nationwide in extrajudicial and judicial proceedings in all labor courts. Mr. Niehl has been giving lectures for nationally known educational institutes for over ten years and is a regular guest in the formats of ZDF and WDR as a specialist in labor law issues.
