Dr. Jill Baas-Holler has a doctorate in corporate law and, as an experienced lawyer, advises mainly in the areas of commercial and corporate law and general commercial and civil law. She supports shareholders and managing directors of companies with regard to M&A projects, restructuring, the convening and implementation of shareholders' meetings or contractual issues, also - but not exclusively - with regard to sales structures.
