Frank Engelhard works mainly in the areas of commercial and company law as well as labor law. He represents medium-sized clients as well as European and global corporations out of court in the drafting of agreements such as purchase, sales and all commercially relevant agreements with suppliers and resellers or commercial end users and in the event of disputes among shareholders and in the context of legal proceedings Disputes on the aforementioned topics. In the field of labor law, Frank Engelhard almost exclusively represents employers in the area of individual and collective law issues both in and out of court. Frank Engelhard has also been a lecturer at the Bergische Universität at the chair for business start-ups and economic development for the legal areas of labor and corporate law for several years.
