Restructuring and reorganization

restructuring

The term restructuring is interpreted differently. We understand this to mean support for the restructuring of companies. These include:

  • the relocation, expansion and / or closure of permanent establishments or subsidiaries
  • the change of the legal form through merger or the outsourcing of company divisions
  • the optimization of decision-making structures (establishment of advisory boards, supervisory boards, strengthening of individual management responsibilities)
  • the restructuring from a tax point of view,
  • the restructuring of family companies (e.g. for "unbundling" and dispute resolution)
